Itinera s.r.l. is an innovative social startup created by a group of graduates with the goal of applying their many years of experience in European and non-European languages and cultures to the sectors in which the concepts of internationalisation and multiculturalism are now fundamental principles and daily necessities.
The company works in the field of culture and cultural tourism in general, with an emphasis on Italian language and culture. It carries out research and development into new technologies and digital content for the communication of cultural products and services.
Particular emphasis is placed on integrated learning and the online study of Italian and Italian culture, hosted on a portal with various sections such as video lessons and apps for the web or for smartphones.
The innovative social aspect subsists in community of users within the portal. This community brings together the various different sections of the portal and motivates and incentivises continued use of the service.
Itinera also collaborates with Italian Institutes of Art and Music and provides them with the necessary communication tools for foreign students to successfully study Italian and Italian culture.
