Natur Essence make innovative systems for the cultivation and processing of food products, with a focus on instantaneous electronic monitoring of pollutants in the cultivation environment.
The development of Natur Essence was based on an innovation and research project that assessed the know-how acquired in the industrialization of systems for the extraction of essential oils from fresh and/or dried plant species, applying the most advanced extraction systems.
The high level of technological innovation lies in the application of a combination of technologies that include:
- steam distillation
- cascade fermentation
- osmosis
- supercritical CO2
A skilled application of this combination of specialized know-how makes it possible to exploit vegetable elements and substances for both the food and nutraceutical sectors that until now were little used because the previous forms of extraction could not achieve the required degree of purity.
This innovation and development is also facilitated by increasing public awareness of wellness and better eating habits.
