RoomMate is an innovative startup that is 100% digital and improves the relationship between landlords and tenants.

RoomMate allows to save time and money both to the home owners and the tenants, offering a platform digitally manages properties. Through its platform it allows to:

  • handle ordinary maintanance service
  • manage tenants' turnover (especially for annual or six-months rentals)
  • pay rent and other house expenses
  • handle daily corrispondence and general communications

RoomMate is supported by Almacube SRL, the University of Bologna certified startup incubator, it took part in the Nana Bianca acceleration program and has recently won Fit 4 Start, an accelerator program offered by the Great Duchy of Luxembourg.
