MaCh3D

MaCh3D is an innovative Material Testing (MT) platform designed for those who transform raw materials into finished products (for example, plastics, and additive manufacturing).

MaCh3D is made up of:

• A test machine of extremely small size.
• A simple, quick, and accurate test procedure, made possible applying a holding system that reduces errors and operator risk.
• IoT Cloud platform for carrying out the tests, while acquiring, processing, and filing the test results.

MaCh3D aims to take MT procedures out of laboratories directly into production departments, enabling and reducing the cost of quality controls of mechanical properties of materials, while speeding up R&D and the setup of manufacturing processes.

A Cloud platform enables interconnection between production machines and artificial intelligence making it possible not just to monitor the production processes but also to correct and optimize them on the basis of production rates and product performance.
