AlmaCube is the business Incubator of the University of Bologna established in cooperation with Confindustria Emilia Area Centro (the local Enterprises Association created to represent local SME and Large Companies).
AlmaCube mission is to generate and accompany to business growth highly innovative start-ups guided by talented graduated, and high-tech and science based spin-offs ideated by young researchers from University of Bologna.
AlmaCube is the first Italian experience where a public university and an association of entrepreneurs founded an organization to accelerate the process of business projects born from the academic research frame.
AlmaCube LTD participates in the share capital of extremely innovative spin-offs from the University of Bologna.
AlmaCube is physically placed inside the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Bologna; we make available for our targeted entrepreneurs 800 square meters divided in 17 office or co-working spaces that have dimension from 17 to 20 square meters.
AlmaCube offers co-working/office spaces (completely furnished with free consumption and internet connection) for 24 months, postal box service, 30 days work of temporary management by a senitor consultant.
The participated spin-off companies can also have free accountant for the first year .
We organize One-to-One meetings (named Fostering the growth meetings) with associated companies from Association of the Bolognese entrepreneurs as potential clients and/or partner investors, agreements with lending institutions, financial analysis of the enterprise.
