InnovationChain is an innovative startup comprising two companies active in the field of digital transformation and creating innovative solutions using the BIM-Blockchain: Harpaceas, a company with more than 30 years’ experience in service solutions based on BIM technology; and RaiseUp, a spin-off from the University of Ferrara that creates innovative products and services for the digitalization of the building chain, social innovation, and managing interventions on existing building heritage applying integrated BIM-Blockchain technologies.
InnovationChain’s development project foresees the realization of BIM-Blockchain digital platforms integrated with the “Common Data Environment” or “ACDat” (public and commercial). These will support the evolution of the “Building & Construction” chain processes towards highly automated models, with “notarization” of workflows and the aim of increasing productivity and guaranteeing integrity.
Thanks to the support of RaiseUp and Harpaceas, InnovationChain are among the leading actors in the market for solutions and services supporting the processes that exploit property heritage by applying BIM-Blockchain technologies and constructional regeneration models.
