We have already developed a new line of foliar fertilizers that contain a blend of natural extracts combined with special solutions of copper, zinc, and MICROSAP® micro crystals, which bind the active ingredients and enhance the leaf covering capacity. MICROSAP® is a biocompatible carrier capable of forming a coating on the surface of leaves, ensuring extended availability of active ingredients.
These products are sold as fertilizers but their characteristics and effects make them ideal candidates for developing a line of agro-drugs. These would be applicable in both traditional and biological agriculture since they combine equal if not greater benefits than existing market products with lower environmental impact.
