(Re) Vision's mission is to pursue improvement strategies while preserving everyday smooth management. A management consulting firm that seeks to bridge the worlds of research and business, with a range of management-support services that are the result of university research on which (Re) Vision has also collaborated.
One of (Re) Vision's services began life as a business organisation analysis methodology that was defined and developed through PRRIITT Emilia-Romagna regional funding, with startup incubator Innovami, the University of Bologna and the direct involvement of the two of (Re) Vision's reference shareholders.
(Re) Vision's services can be split into two main categories:
- SMEs in the following sectors: engineering; logistics and services; chemical, plastics and rubber; energy; textiles;
- investment funds and banks - a specific service aimed at evaluating the organisational impact of investment decisions.
(Re) Vision has an optimal geographical location, with an established presence in northern Italy and in particular in Emilia-Romagna and Piedmont. Its business model is based on networking, which means making full use of external consultants, most often identified through partnership collaborations.
The underlying philosophy is put people first: those with the original vision, those who create the goods and services and those that benefit from them.
