Minerva Systems provides system software that optimizes the design and simplifies implementation of applications that have predictable multi-critical parameters and are based on AI for the next generation of integrated systems.Minerva Systems is a startup and spinoff of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. It operates with a team of around a dozen people in Modena (Italy) and Munich (Germany).

Prolibo S.rl. is an innovative start-up aimed at the study, production and sale of biological purifiers with discontinuous sequential reactors powered by renewable energy sources, as well as traditional and renewable energy production facilities, the collection and treatment of waste, and the design and development of projects with high technological innovation on behalf of companies.

HIGHVERTER provides an energy storage service that combines the easy access of second-life batteries with the reliability and safety of an innovative technology.

Forme is specialized in solutions for bio-architecture and photovoltaic plants. They provide certified materials and photovoltaic energy systems for both residential and industrial contexts, also dealing with design, installation, maintenance, and technical training.

The company was founded in 2017 from the idea of a pool of engineers with over 15 years of direct experience in the wholesale energy and environmental markets. Its primary mission is to spread and uphold the policies of environmental sustainability though research, development, and the spread of innovative solutions (not only technological) addressing both energy consumers and operators.

GQenergy was born with the aim of designing and manufacturing eco-sustainable products. Thanks to its technology, GQenergy aims to change the way of supplying energy to any device with a battery, thus significantly reducing costs and pollution while providing greater autonomy. 

Founded by a University of Ferrara research group, Amon-X has evolved entrepreneurially, with strong research and development experience in the field of automatic monitoring. The company name is an acronym of Automatic Monitoring, while the X expresses its multi-sectoral connotation. As regards academic training, the team (members and partners) is composed of physicists, geologists and electronics engineers.

Monitora's aim is marketing a patented continuous real-time monitoring system for medium to large sized thermal generators used for heating buildings. The system enables detection of malfunctions or drops in efficiency, enabling timely technical interventions, with a reduction in energy consumption and CO₂ emissions.

ReFuel Solutions was born out of the urgent need to decarbonize the transport sector for goods and people. A functioning vehicle with a number of years of life remaining cannot simply be scrapped due to the substantial environmental impact of scrapping and the expense of substitution.ReFuel has invented a product for such vehicles, instead adapting them to satisfy the new environmental requirements: BiodieselKit.This innovative technology guarantees maximum exploitation of the potential of biofuels.

We design and construct soil-less cultivation plants through customized consultation with farms, private individuals, public authorities, and schools. We aim to foster the emergence of hyperlocal production, informed resilient communities, establishing a network of virtuous interdisciplinary relations.All over Italy we experiment, inform, and train, engaging with communities online and offline to promote and spread this culture.

Winet designs and realizes wireless sensor networks (WSN), mainly for environmental monitoring, industrial and landslides. The idea arose  by the two partners, both graduates specialists in Systems Engineering and Information Technology of ICT, and it is the provision of a comprehensive service monitor for customer-specific needs, composed by  a network of wireless sensors and subsequent analysis of data collected through monitoring.

Relaia aspire to become a yardstick for end-to-end collective intelligence solutions. We are an innovative startup and benefit company with the participation of the University of Bologna, constructing digital instruments for a future in which the social and relational dimension is included into systems of automation, simulation, and forecasting for planning and strategies in local areas.

Real Time OCM is a SanChip Innovation (SCI) project, an innovative start-up with the objective of helping companies who own industrial machinery, means of transport (e.g. ships), machines for producing energy (e.g. wind turbines, gas engines, etc.), and OEMs to implement predictive maintenance for their machine assets.

La neo impresa ha sviluppato e commercializza CELESTINO, dispositivo intelligente dotato di micro sensori che permettono il monitoraggio della quantità e della qualità di due fluidi in particolare: la risorsa idrica domestica (linea AGUA) e il carburante (linea FUEL).Celestino permette quindi il miglioramento della qualità delle emissioni in atmosfera grazie al controllo della reale composizione del carburante immesso nel serbatoio, oltre a ridurre il consumo idrico potabile tramite controllo delle quantità consumate.
