ZENIT's business idea of Smart Polycrystals is based on the production and sale of polycrystals for the solid state laser (SSL) machine market. Existing SSL systems have high manufacturing costs and the machines are heavy and bulky. These laser beams are generated by a single-crystal that heats up locally during laser emission, causing the temporary deformation of the crystalline cell, degrading the quality of the beam and reducing its efficiency.

Autom Tech realizes projects and patents in industrial automation integrated into company systems. They are currently active in the realization of an industrial automation system for the automatic assembly of kitchen doors and units, integrated with the company's management and logistics systems. 

Minerva Systems provides system software that optimizes the design and simplifies implementation of applications that have predictable multi-critical parameters and are based on AI for the next generation of integrated systems.Minerva Systems is a startup and spinoff of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. It operates with a team of around a dozen people in Modena (Italy) and Munich (Germany).

AeroDron is one of the first Italian startups dedicated to services that use Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS). Since it was founded in 2013, AeroDron has researched and developed solutions in the civil sector, aimed at meeting the requirements of various industries and of public administration, making use of the immense value of the aerial images, using state of the art flight technologies, sensing, vision and post-processing.

Hipert SRL is a spin-off from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy. Based on a strong experience as executive manager in some international companies, 4E-Consulting staff has been transferred the know how and the mentality acquired in their carieers to the new initiative launched.
