We operate in the Local Search field, which means putting local businesses into contact with each other using map based instruments like Google My Business, Facebook Local, and similar.We target chains with more than 20 sales outlets or activities that need extreme automation.

Hipert SRL is a spin-off from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy. Bugslab is an innovative startup founded in 2021 with the aim of producing the most sustainable animal protein on the planet.   To achieve this objective, Bugslab focuses on the production of insects for use in pet food (whole or as food components for cats and dogs) and animal feed. In the coming years Bugslab also intend to develop their own brand for the sale of products for humans based on insect flour.  

AgroMateriae was established after three years of research in the laboratories of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, where excellent experimental results led to submission of a patent application for WPL (2019). It was accredited as an innovative startup by the University of Modena, with the objective of ramping up the technology to an industrial scale.

Winet designs and realizes wireless sensor networks (WSN), mainly for environmental monitoring, industrial and landslides. The idea arose  by the two partners, both graduates specialists in Systems Engineering and Information Technology of ICT, and it is the provision of a comprehensive service monitor for customer-specific needs, composed by  a network of wireless sensors and subsequent analysis of data collected through monitoring.

aMarcello srl is an innovative startup established in 2023 with the aim of revolutionising the fast food sector, combining the fried fish tradition of the Romagnola Riviera with technological innovation applied to its preparation, with the aim of satisfying the growing demand for cheap, high quality, easily accessible food.

The company operates in the sale of high quality foodstuffs using refrigerators equipped with external monitors that dispense products using credit cards, apps, or other electronic instruments.Each product on sale is tagged for real-time signalling to the data server of sales and fridge shelf time.
