OfficinAcrobatica SSD is a young female-led non-profit start-up, founded in September 2021, dedicated to contemporary circus and the psycho-physical well-being of individuals.

OfficinAcrobatica is a meeting place where physical and artistic activities promote both physical and emotional wellness. It is a space of community, inclusion, impact, and urban regeneration, with a strong commitment to sustainability.
Our Activities
- Amateur and semi-professional circus training – Encouraging individuals to push their limits and achieve body-mind-spirit well-being.
- Performance events – Creating spaces for social interaction, intergenerational exchange, and personal growth.
- Community building – Promoting an inclusive, empathetic network that supports collective needs and spreads the culture of contemporary circus.
- Artistic residencies – Offering professional spaces for circus artists, acrobats, and dancers, fostering creativity, practice, and work-in-progress performances in Bologna.
Urban Regeneration & Social Impact
OfficinAcrobatica is based in a previously abandoned space within a vast urban green area—a location as charming as it was in need of renewal.
Thanks to a major requalification effort, the space has been reopened to the local community, providing:
- Live shows, training sessions, and social events
- A collaborative transformation of the surrounding treed area
Through this initiative, OfficinAcrobatica is not only revitalizing urban spaces but also spreading the culture of Nouveau Cirque, fostering physical health, collaboration, and professional opportunities.
