The innovative kernel of P2M is Gene.SYS, an SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that enables digitalization and archiving of production, usage, and maintenance data. Every manufactured item is associated with an incorporated RFID Tag that gives access at any time to the technical information, through NFC devices. The entire product life-cycle is traced, from development to scrapping, encouraging a circular and sustainable economy. Quality control is enhanced with reduced wastage and inefficiency. The use of blockchain ensures data security and immutability, providing companies with a reliable instrument for managing production and sustainability.
