CShark S.r.l. was founded in 2018 by Alessandro Fanni in order to create IT solutions at all levels.CShark consists in a team of experts in the field of Information Technology, always available to customers to offer a wide range of services and products in order to handle different issues. We are able to create IT solutions thanks to our internal resources and national and international partnerships.

Born from an idea by university researchers, our technology came to life in 2017 as a spin-off of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, following ten years of research and innovation.

The idea of iGrest emerges from the challenge of providing innovation in a historically non-technological sector such as that of parishes.As usual, the "problem" to solve was right in front of our eyes, but we had never "seen" it. iThalia is an innovative start-up of social media inspiration that has developed a revolutionary patent that creates secure local networks independent of Internet.

G-Com s.r.l.s. is an innovative company in interactive and cross-media content production for the entertainment and advertising sectors.The working group, which comes from advertising and from traditional television, combines the latest technology with interactive storytelling, whether built around a sponsor or pure entertainment. IXoost is a limited company founded in Modena in July 2012 that designs, assembles and constructs sound systems using components from the world of motorsport, such as F1 exhaust manifolds and other body parts. All pieces are machined and have full Apple support. IXoost has also created an app that allows users to customise the use of the dock. 

Nika operates in the 3D printing sector. The company is distinguished by supplying high resolution colour printing and post-production services including vapour smoothing, prototyping, and creation of nylon technopolymer components.

An ICT startup offering web services related to tourism publishing and the promotion of places, thanks to a team of location-based information service specialists.The company's namesake site PoiStory.it (currently in test phase) allows users to share descriptions of places and events, creating in the process personalised tour guides.

Work Music World is a music-related project that allows subscribers from all over the world to work together.The portal is completely free and offers users a wide range of services, including the possibility to upload their songs for free to iTunes and other portals (the first in the world to offer this service free of charge).Members of the team have experience in computer science and music (production, entrepreneurship and development).The portal was presented in 2012 at the Festival of Sanremo. 

Caramella Multimedia is a spin-off of Porrini s.r.l., operating in the transport and logistics sector.From the world of transportation and related needs comes Metropoli: a suite of GPS controls developed for the management of activities related to the mobility of workers.What distinguishes Metropoli from other GPS control systems is the use of common smartphones that do not require the installation of hardware or interfaces or other modifications.
