Respyra is a device purposely designed for eliminating viruses and bacteria from the air, while it is also effective for eliminating dust, odours, mould, fungi, and pollen. Thanks to an innovative photocatalytic purification system it can decontaminate indoor air of all pathogenic agents and pollutants through an oxidization process at ambient temperature using the oxygen present in the air and with light produced by specific UV lamps.

K3RX is a deep-tech spin-off from CNR, founded in 2021 in Imola and setting out to develop and market light compound carbon ceramic materials with extremely high resistance to heat and wear. Applications range through the aerospace, car racing, and energy sectors.

ZENIT's business idea of Smart Polycrystals is based on the production and sale of polycrystals for the solid state laser (SSL) machine market. Existing SSL systems have high manufacturing costs and the machines are heavy and bulky. These laser beams are generated by a single-crystal that heats up locally during laser emission, causing the temporary deformation of the crystalline cell, degrading the quality of the beam and reducing its efficiency.

PRES-X is a company that studies and industrializes innovative new methods to support additive manufacturing processes. It was born out of 20 years' experience in materials and processes, and profound know-how in the aeronautical and biomedical sectors where 3-D metal printing is constantly gaining ground. Design 24's main product is the Italian-design brand, 24Bottles, which combines aesthetics with sustainability and is aimed at people who are urban, dynamic and fashionable.Made of stainless steel, the bottles are cool, lightweight and eco-friendly. 3D4MEC Srl is the first entirely Italian company in terms of capital and know-how that produces and markets systems for metal additive manufacturing, specialized in the processing of specific alloys. 3D4STEEL is used for processing steel, and 3D4BRASS is the first 3D printer in the world capable of processing brass.
