Opseed is a deep-tech startup developing an artificial intelligence collaborative agent for the high volume manufacturing sector, with a special focus on pharmaceuticals, food & beverages, consumer goods, and packaging. Our AI agent bridges the gap between operators and complex machinery, integrates operative know-how, and provides real-time assistance, improving productivity, sustainability, and industrial resilience.
Innovative content: a proprietary framework that combines predictive AI, NLP, and management of operational knowledge to enable effective collaboration between man and machine. Unlike existing solutions we focus on the operator, with easy-to-use instruments designed for the production setting.
Added value offered: we reduce downtime, preserve critical know-how, and make expertise scalable as a response to the global crisis in specialized manpower and expanding ESG requirements.
Reference market: we refer to over 40,000 large manufacturing companies in Europe and North America. Our SAM is about € 2.35 billion/year, with a targeted initial penetration of the sectors most affected by the lack of manpower and regulatory pressures.
Product/Service: modular AI software in cloud version, on-site, or hybrid, with minimalist operator interface. A first version of the product is already installed and in use at a company customer.
State of development: PoC completed with pilot test in a real production context. An industrial MVP is currently under development.
Team: led by professionals with experience in Amazon, Philip Morris, Ducati, and the University of Bologna. Gianluca, the co-founder and CEO, has a solid technical and operative background while the other co-founder, Augusto, is a lecturer and serial entrepreneur. The operative team combines skills in applied research.
