Relaia aspire to become a yardstick for end-to-end collective intelligence solutions. We are an innovative startup and benefit company with the participation of the University of Bologna, constructing digital instruments for a future in which the social and relational dimension is included into systems of automation, simulation, and forecasting for planning and strategies in local areas.
Our vision is of a world in which advanced technologies like artificial intelligence are utilized to improve the lives of individuals and communities, highlighting their unique cultural features. A world in which citizens play an active role in the measures that affect them in a natural and continuous way, with control over the algorithms that impact their lives, when intelligence falls under collective ownership thanks to hybrid human and non-human systems.
Our products resolve problems of digitalization of community participation in complex decisional processes, as well as harmonization of the indications that emerge using strategic planning instruments, applying advanced algorithmic systems with an approach as open, secure, and ethically correct as possible.
We intend to scale up this approach to create the largest API library in the world for data fusion regarding social-cultural elements, integrable into systems for urban/territorial monitoring and management, digital twins, and all other types of application.
We work with public bodies, companies, and non-governmental organizations in the creation of instruments and platforms that support principles of inclusive governance and promote a sustainable and equitable vision of technological development.
