After the workshops Strateg.ee sets out a digital strategy. This is a technical and informative report that documents how the customer's company works and how it should work to fully benefit from the opportunities offered by today's digital world.
After identifying the operating instruments with the customer (rebranding, website, social media, SEO/SEM, web marketing, e-mail marketing, content strategy, etc.), Strateg.ee define the budget, necessary implementation times, indicating/recommending the best web agency for each job, transferring the agreed strategies to them. They also check compliance with the guidelines derived from the strategy itself when choosing the instruments, and finally they monitor achievement of the required results (data analysis, intelligence, analytics, etc.).
