Minerva Systems provides system software that optimizes the design and simplifies implementation of applications that have predictable multi-critical parameters and are based on AI for the next generation of integrated systems.Minerva Systems is a startup and spinoff of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. It operates with a team of around a dozen people in Modena (Italy) and Munich (Germany).

Motoveloci develop and market retrofit kits for the conversion of classic motorbikes into electrical vehicles. The project is in response to a growing demand for sustainable transport solutions, with the aim of updating classic vehicles to environmental standards.The plan foresees industrial production of kits, obtaining product approvals, and expansion within the Italian and European markets.

Floating photovoltaic systems. We supply patented floating systems designed to support photovoltaic solar panels for the creation of floating photovoltaic plants on dams, water reservoirs, hydroelectric plants, quarries, and any other body of water (fresh or salt) with the exclusion of the open sea.
