Hipert SRL is a spin-off from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy. It was initiated in 2020 by Prof. Marko Bertogna and emerged from the HiPeRT laboratory, where research groups were seeking to exploit the performance/power of parallel processing platforms in a predictable manner, and in application contexts in which temporal constraints are critical.

Prolibo S.rl. is an innovative start-up aimed at the study, production and sale of biological purifiers with discontinuous sequential reactors powered by renewable energy sources, as well as traditional and renewable energy production facilities, the collection and treatment of waste, and the design and development of projects with high technological innovation on behalf of companies.

OpenTEA is a start-up company providing customised services for the development of e-learning courses within its own web platform, www.opentea.eu. 

Ulisse Solutions Srl aims to develop new packaging products, with a particular focus on the food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics sectors.The company is concentrated on the development and marketing or an innovative film, made from food processing waste materials, that can extend the shelf life of processed products.

Argi Tech make and sell premixed clay-based plaster, along with natural and recycled products for bio-architecture. Our main innovation is the product, "Argi Lite Bio Thermal Plaster".This is an indoor thermal plaster based on clay, organically cultivated hemp, recycled cellulose, and recycled cellulose flock. ZENIT's business idea of Smart Polycrystals is based on the production and sale of polycrystals for the solid state laser (SSL) machine market. Existing SSL systems have high manufacturing costs and the machines are heavy and bulky. These laser beams are generated by a single-crystal that heats up locally during laser emission, causing the temporary deformation of the crystalline cell, degrading the quality of the beam and reducing its efficiency.

Kinsect have developed an industrial process for producing protein flour for animal feed, based on large scale insect breeding.The startup is in a sector that is growing rapidly in response to a need for protein sources. The EU imports more than 60% of the protein used for animal feed and a recent general increase in prices has been caused by growing demand from breeders, falling fish yields from the sea, expansion limits on agricultural land, and also climate change.

Minerva Systems provides system software that optimizes the design and simplifies implementation of applications that have predictable multi-critical parameters and are based on AI for the next generation of integrated systems.Minerva Systems is a startup and spinoff of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. It operates with a team of around a dozen people in Modena (Italy) and Munich (Germany).

GQenergy was born with the aim of designing and manufacturing eco-sustainable products. Thanks to its technology, GQenergy aims to change the way of supplying energy to any device with a battery, thus significantly reducing costs and pollution while providing greater autonomy.
