  • The Follow Track programme is a universal logistics platform that links up: couriers, warehouses, commercial activities, delivery services.


Freight forwarders and small transport companies generally exclude the addressees of goods from their parameters, forgetting that the final result of a delivery is effectively the end point of the logistics chain. The process and flow of the delivery cycle can be considered as closed when all the actors involved, including the addressees, know the actions of the previous steps through communication. This increases the positive feedback loop for the service with correlated economic advantages.

We offer dedicated communication software for all the actors involved in the chain, with individual accounts based on the dynamics of their role and personalized communication keys according to needs. Establishing delivery status is just the first step and enhanced communication offers information for defining and analysing customers.

There is no dedicated app for online buyers who become addressees for goods, with DIRECT management and communication using WhatsApp/sms/Telegram, etc.

  • Forwarders are able to make calls (in emergencies) directly to addressees while respecting privacy requirements (without revealing the telephone number to the forwarder, but with identification of caller by smart call, for example, courier no. 12345 and/or delivery of package no. 12345).
  • There is a choice of day and time of delivery (time bands of 20 minute intervals), a service also applicable for e-commerce sites and associated partners.
  • Constant updating of delivery time (in case of delays or early delivery).
  • Possibility of cancelling delivery/collection during consignment.
  • Same day changes in delivery destination (within set parameters).
  • In cases of failed delivery (absence of addressee) there is the option of viewing subsequent stops by the courier with relative predicted delivery times along the defined route. This gives the addressee the option of meeting the courier for the collection of their items at the most convenient point for them.
  • Shipping Point: a stationary vehicle that receives and delivers items for a given number of hours at a given place, for example the old town centre, chosen by the addressee during the ordering phase.
  • Confirmation using an OTP (one time password) aims to resolve disputes between addressees and couriers regarding failed delivery or non compliant deliveries (ever more frequent both in terms of real disputes and cases of actual fraud). The OTP code also allows users to give the password to third parties (neighbours, domestic collaborators) in order to collect a package.
  • Receipt and consignment in the same day (within set parameters).
  • Possibility of using WhatsApp/Telegram, etc., or browsers to view the various relevant transport documents, including TDoc/PROCESS ORDER/MATERIALS TECHNICAL SHEETS/CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS.
