Our aim is to save Amazonia through a new approach to conservation, not only for ethical reasons but also for business ends. For this purpose, we create the conditions in which maintaining the forest intact generates greater economic gains than cutting it down, for both landowners and local people.

Winet designs and realizes wireless sensor networks (WSN), mainly for environmental monitoring, industrial and landslides. The idea arose  by the two partners, both graduates specialists in Systems Engineering and Information Technology of ICT, and it is the provision of a comprehensive service monitor for customer-specific needs, composed by  a network of wireless sensors and subsequent analysis of data collected through monitoring.

AgroMateriae was established after three years of research in the laboratories of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, where excellent experimental results led to submission of a patent application for WPL (2019). It was accredited as an innovative startup by the University of Modena, with the objective of ramping up the technology to an industrial scale.

We design and construct soil-less cultivation plants through customized consultation with farms, private individuals, public authorities, and schools. We aim to foster the emergence of hyperlocal production, informed resilient communities, establishing a network of virtuous interdisciplinary relations.All over Italy we experiment, inform, and train, engaging with communities online and offline to promote and spread this culture.

Reloo sets itself the objective of eliminating the informational chaos and repetitive tasks that slow companies down. We have created Andromeda, a platform of intelligent AI agents that integrate into the company infrastructure and operate on documents, files, databases, e-mail, etc. The aim is to create a team of virtual experts capable of carrying out operations on company data in real time.

Caramella Multimedia is a spin-off of Porrini s.r.l., operating in the transport and logistics sector.From the world of transportation and related needs comes Metropoli: a suite of GPS controls developed for the management of activities related to the mobility of workers.What distinguishes Metropoli from other GPS control systems is the use of common smartphones that do not require the installation of hardware or interfaces or other modifications.

Ulisse Solutions Srl aims to develop new packaging products, with a particular focus on the food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics sectors.The company is concentrated on the development and marketing or an innovative film, made from food processing waste materials, that can extend the shelf life of processed products.

(Re) Vision's mission is to pursue improvement strategies while preserving everyday smooth management. A management consulting firm that seeks to bridge the worlds of research and business, with a range of management-support services that are the result of university research on which (Re) Vision has also collaborated.

Stramba has designed a new type of rigging wing that can offer incredible performances.We have great partnerships with the Industrial Engineering Department of the Università di Bologna, with Q-id, style and design focal centre for important brands, the Cantieri Zuanelli and other professional players in the field.Stramba's main mission is to adapt this new technology to all areas of nautical businesses to bring to the market all the benefits and advantages it can offer.

ALFRED24 TECH deals with first and last mile logistics for the e-commerce world. This includes an internal network of dispatch and collection points, package lockers, smart lockers, with additional package services, and condominium lockers.  

Minerva Systems provides system software that optimizes the design and simplifies implementation of applications that have predictable multi-critical parameters and are based on AI for the next generation of integrated systems.Minerva Systems is a startup and spinoff of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. It operates with a team of around a dozen people in Modena (Italy) and Munich (Germany).

Hospitality Re-sign is an innovative start-up founded for the qualitative regeneration of tourist services in sustainable terms. Starting from an analysis of existing tourist facilities, those in disuse, and buildings potentially usable for tourism, Re-sign proposes registration on a three quality level hospitality portal. The core concept is an ad hoc certified restyling in an integrated, innovative, and certified "network" system.
