Born from an idea by university researchers, our technology came to life in 2017 as a spin-off of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, following ten years of research and innovation.

Wood Innovation develops innovative production methods based on bamboo, aiming for sustainability and digitalization.By introducing new technologies (advanced glueing system, 3D printers, workstations, and software), the startup plans to improve the quality, efficiency, and competitiveness in the eco-sustainable materials sector.

Idea Lignum develops high technological content solutions for the timber, furniture, and sustainable building industries. Its activities include the design and marketing of software and hardware for intelligent machines, artificial intelligence based solutions, augmented reality and IoT, applied in wood processing.

Fancy Pixel is a startup that grew out of experience gained by its founders in the research laboratories of the University of Ferrara. It develops web and mobile applications for all major platforms, the Internet of Things and smart devices.The main product is "LaBazza", the new community for anyone who loves a bargain. Users can report "bazze" (i.e. bargains) found in stores or online and also save money by taking advantage of the reports made by the rest of the community.

GEN00 enables provision of immersive training courses in professional contexts, accessible via viewers, desktop computers, and mobile devices. Elisium created a system called Mat.Its most innovative characteristic is the integration of vocal commands with the artificial intelligence algorithms that are becoming widespread in the very latest car models. CrossHyde is an innovative integrated digital system capable of video communication with a profiled public using any glass and/or Plexiglas surface without modifying its original nature (transparency). Applied to windows or any other transparent surface, it is capable, when triggered and for a specific time, of transforming a window into a screen for communicating messages defined on the basis of the general characteristics of the audience present, as detected using sensors (e.g. man/woman, age range, etc.).

IXoost is a limited company founded in Modena in July 2012 that designs, assembles and constructs sound systems using components from the world of motorsport, such as F1 exhaust manifolds and other body parts. All pieces are machined and have full Apple support. IXoost has also created an app that allows users to customise the use of the dock.
