Borgo Etico is not just a simple shop on tap. It is also raising awareness of informed purchasing, primarily through the elimination of unnecessary packaging, thus promoting the reuse and recycling of materials. This represents an opportunity to promote waste reduction at the source, by buying only the required amount of unpackaged products. People will be educated in the reuse of packaging (bags, jars, plastic containers, etc.), whilst simultaneously saving money and reducing environmental impacts.

2G Carbons S.r.l. intend to develop technologies, including a patented system (MgOCarbon), that reduce pollutants in waste water and recover nutrients (nitrogen and phosphorous), transforming them into high-efficiency sustainable fertilizers. The approach establishes a circular economic process that exploits the purification cycle to produce fertilizers and contribute to environmental sustainability.

GQenergy was born with the aim of designing and manufacturing eco-sustainable products. Thanks to its technology, GQenergy aims to change the way of supplying energy to any device with a battery, thus significantly reducing costs and pollution while providing greater autonomy. 

The project called “A Tree for the Future” started as a national campaign for urban reforestation, preservation of green areas, creation of environmental education programs in schools, and activation of programs for social inclusion of fragile individuals.

Hipert SRL is a spin-off from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy. Minerva Systems provides system software that optimizes the design and simplifies implementation of applications that have predictable multi-critical parameters and are based on AI for the next generation of integrated systems.Minerva Systems is a startup and spinoff of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
