We are a technological start-up cooperative in Reggio Emilia and we support people with cognitive disabilities and autism. We apply innovation from our research to create an environment and educational methodology that promotes the identity and autonomy of users. We take the physical, psychic, and social aspects of all users into account as well as the desires and needs of families.

Seerene is an innovative project by Titanium Ideas and the first app dedicated to health mobility. A system of three 3 apps and innovative algorithms establishes a perfect interface between users who need social/healthcare transport, and organizations that offer these services.An innovative, first of its kind digital ecosystem usable via mobile apps that enables quick intuitive booking of social/healthcare transport through an entirely online channel.

DoubleCheck is a business project that addresses food quality control by developing products and services aimed at large companies and individual consumers, with positive effects on quality of life and the environment.The project sees the patenting of a system for isolating and quantifying environmental and food-based microorganisms.

Stem Sel manufactures electrical, electronic and optical machinery and equipment, promoted by biologists. It evolved and was developed in academia, assisted with technology transfer from an academic spin-off. It is based on patented stem cell selection technology with the aim of bringing it to the cell therapy market at a pre-competitive level.

The company offers innovative software products to the healthcare market, in particular apps and other mobile software for smartphones and tablets.

Neurality has realized an SaaS for analysing images and video applying artificial intelligence techniques with the aim of extracting crucial information for the businesses in which they are used. After successful applications in the medical world, the Neurality methods are expanding to other markets, including industry and agri-food.

Born from an idea by university researchers, our technology came to life in 2017 as a spin-off of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, following ten years of research and innovation.

Respyra is a device purposely designed for eliminating viruses and bacteria from the air, while it is also effective for eliminating dust, odours, mould, fungi, and pollen. Thanks to an innovative photocatalytic purification system it can decontaminate indoor air of all pathogenic agents and pollutants through an oxidization process at ambient temperature using the oxygen present in the air and with light produced by specific UV lamps.

The company activity consists in research, development, production, and marketing of cosmetics for personal care and beauty, based on Italian milk whey of animal origin, obtained through a cheese making process. The innovation lies in the use of liquid rather than freeze-dried whey as the main ingredient, unlike products currently on the market, completely substituting water.

Prometheus is an innovative startup, born in 2017, that focuses on biotechnologies and medical devices for regenerative medicine.Its first product is Ematik, a customised patch to cure skin wounds, created starting from the patient's blood. The identified solution cuts in half the healing times, without side effects and scars.The patch can be produced with Ematik Ready, a manual kit or Ematik Lab, a completely automatic system that standardises the process.

Borgo Etico is not just a simple shop on tap. It is also raising awareness of informed purchasing, primarily through the elimination of unnecessary packaging, thus promoting the reuse and recycling of materials. This represents an opportunity to promote waste reduction at the source, by buying only the required amount of unpackaged products. People will be educated in the reuse of packaging (bags, jars, plastic containers, etc.), whilst simultaneously saving money and reducing environmental impacts.

Added is an innovative startup focussed on the development and production of 3D-printed orthopaedic braces, personalised for individual patients.

Redess Srl is the first Italian and European certified organic supply chain for SUMAC.The potential markets for our innovative sumac based products include: food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and industrial applications (biocides and insecticides).Redess have the benefit of collaborating with the universities of Parma, Milan, Camerino, and Palermo.

NEEDO is an on-demand nursery school that can be set up anywhere for any period of time in response to the needs of families, companies, or small communities. The aim is to help reconcile home and work schedules and female employment. It is an educational service that puts together a complete package of services: an enclosed space (making use of regenerated marine containers from a circular-economy perspective), a sustainable approach, educational design, trained and qualified teachers, canteen, and all services.

JEM Tech was born out of experience in operating theatres during doctorate teaching in Verona hospital. A lack of assessment of cardiac kinetics was observed during surgical operations due to limitations in current technology.JEM Tech therefore developed and built the first videocardiograph (VCG), a non-invasive medical device based on artificial intelligence (A.I.) capable of assessing the mechanical operation of the heart in real-time using only a video camera.

Esercizio Vita main activities are related to the organization and management of social, care and welfare services of innovative character, targeting individuals and communities and is registered as innovative start-up with a social vocation.The three founding members (with a Master's Degree in Science and Techniques of Motorial Activity and PhD in Biomedical Sciences) with ages from 30 to 40 years,cooperates with trainees of the University of Ferrara and professionals in various fields (midwives, psychologists, nutritionists, etc.).

INNUVATECH deals with biomedical tools, with products and services that bring together research and existing technologies to extend accessibility and functionality, and increase ease of use for end users.

GoatAI is developing a technology for advanced monitoring of people, capable of integrating multiple video flows and provide 2D and 3D tracking using homographs and amodal prediction techniques, in compliance with privacy requirements.The system uses models based on transformers for tracing, trajectory forecasting, 3D pose estimation, and actions recognition.

SEFFILINE was founded in 2018 with the aim of making autologous regenerative therapy accessible to everyone. For some years, autologous regenerative therapy using mesenchymal stem cells of adipose origin has been considered a state-of-art technology, and is supported by an enormous scientific literature. In 2019 SEFFILINE started producing and selling the first and only medical device that enables autologous regenerative therapy using mesenchymal stem cells of adipose origin.
