Vela e Legno is a company project designed to combine the opportunities offered by new technologies with the experience and skills passed down through the generations in wooden boat design.

Vela e Legno was founded in 2013 as a result of Andrea Foschini's passion for the sea, boats, and wood.

These 3 ingredients are combined into a project already well advanced and offering the following possibilities:

iFarming develops field monitoring systems based on innovative technologies. Relying on years of applied research, it introduces IoT potential in agricultural decision-making and enhances sustainable, as well as affordable and remunerative precision farming.

Rippotai combines sensory elements like sight and hearing with a philosophy based on eco-design and the use of recyclable and recycled materials.

They develop innovations in applied physics using polymethylmethacrylate in the lighting accessories sector. The aim is to develop optical properties for optimizing lighting capacity within the limits of the standards in force.

The unique design products conceived by NICOLAZZARO implement innovations in applied physics capable of achieving new breakthroughs, with patents pending, for the protection of human health.

La neo impresa ha sviluppato e commercializza CELESTINO, dispositivo intelligente dotato di micro sensori che permettono il monitoraggio della quantità e della qualità di due fluidi in particolare: la risorsa idrica domestica (linea AGUA) e il carburante (linea FUEL).

Celestino permette quindi il miglioramento della qualità delle emissioni in atmosfera grazie al controllo della reale composizione del carburante immesso nel serbatoio, oltre a ridurre il consumo idrico potabile tramite controllo delle quantità consumate.

The aim of the company is the development, production and marketing of innovative products and services with high technological content, for the treatment and exploitation of waste sludge and industrial or civil solid-liquid suspensions, agribusiness waste and by-products, with the aim of reducing the quantities consigned for disposal, as well as obtaining new products like biodegradable plastics (PHAs or polyhydroxyalkanoates) and other renewable chemical products.
